TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of services from Positano Dolce Vita entails the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

BOOKINGS

The booking is considered completed only when the customer receives confirmation of acceptance from Positano Dolce Vota. This confirmation will be sent automatically right after the booking process on the website will be completed.

In case of bookings made by e-mail, Positano Dolce Vita will proceed to confirm the booking manually by an e-mail message.

Should the customer does not receive a confirmation of acceptance of the service purchased, it is his/her responsibility to contact Positano Dolce Vita that will subsequently send again the necessary information.

Failure to communicate to Positano Dolce Vita the non-receipt of the confirmation message can result in the customer losing the opportunity to make use of the service. Positano Dolce Vita bears no responsibility should this case happen and will not grant any refund.

Positano Dolce Vita takes utmost care in guaranteeing the completeness and accuracy of the information provided, however, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully read and verify the information indicated in the confirmation mail.

Failure to communicate with adequate notice to Positano Dolce Vita the need for a correction or re-sending of confirmation mail can result for the customer in the loss of opportunity to make use of the service. Positano Dolce Vita bears no responsibility should this case happen and will not grant any refund.

The price of the tour is the one indicated on Positano Dolce Vita Website website.

RULES AND RESPONSABILITIES

The customer is required to show a valid identity document at the departure. Failure in presenting the requested document will result in a cancellation of the tour.

It is forbidden for the customer to drive the vehicle, which can only be driven by members of the Positano Dolce Vita team.

Our tours are not wheelchair accessible. They are not accessible for babies and little children for safety reasons.
It is not recommended for pregnant women.

The car is suitable only for two guests, 3 passengers maximum including the driver.

Neither Positano Dolce Vita nor any member of its team can be liable in case of injury accident, damage of property, delay, and any other kind of irregularity due to incorrect and/or negligent behavior or to any act of omission and/or arbitrary act from the customer during the activities part of the service offered.

In case of damage to Positano Dolce Vita property, the participants will have to reimburse Positano Dolce Vita. The reimbursement will be done in loco by cash or credit card payment.

DELAY AND NO-SHOW

Participants must be at the agreed meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Should they not be there at the time agreed or in the following 10 minutes, the case will be considered a “No-show” and no other alternative day or time will be offered to the customers who will have di book the service again at full price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the date and time of the tour
  • Cancellations made less then 48 hours prior to the date and time of the tour and no shows: No refund granted

INTERRUPTION

Should one of the participant interrupt the tour, Positano Dolce Vitawill not issue a refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

Positano Dolce Vita will retain the right to cancel and/or interrupt the tour for reasons of adverse meteorological conditions and/or for reasons of force majeure that could jeopardize the safety of the participants. If this case occurs customers will be able to reschedule depending on their availability and Positano Dolce Vita availability; if rescheduling will be not possible Positano Dolce Vita will retain the right (with no guarantees) to offer substitute services that, at our incontestable discretion, will be considered of equivalent value with respect to the service originally booked. Should no substitute service be available or accepted by the customer, Positano Dolce Vita will issue a refund.

A full refund will be also issued in case the service should not be provided due to major events such as non-predictable meteorological and/or natural disasters, decisions by public authorities, acts of war and/or terrorism, disorders, protests, strikes, disasters, accidents, theft, health emergencies and similar events and any other events out of our control that, despite any caution, cannot be avoided.
